How do I care for my watch?

With our care, your watch will stand the test of time. We know your watch is more than just a timepiece. It's an expression of your style and personality. We have the expertise and equipment to service your timepiece fully, and we are accredited to service most brands. We replace batteries, glass faces and seals, but what makes our service the very best is our Electronic Time Testing (ETT) machinery. When we care for your watch, it is rigorously tested using ETT before returning to you to ensure the time-keeping is to the manufacturer's standard.

How do I care for my diamonds?

Dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of a diamond and any gemstone. We recommend you bring your diamond jewellery to your local store for an inspection. Our trained experts will check that the setting adequately secures your stones and gives your ring a thorough cleaning. Between professional cleanings, we recommend the occasional use of a non-abrasive cleaner for diamond jewellery. A mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia may be applied with a soft bristle brush. Jewellery with other stones may need different care.

How do I care for my cultured pearls?

Fine cultured pearls with thick nacre layers will last for generations if cared for properly. Cultured pearls should be kept free of perfumes, cosmetics, perspiration and dirt. You may gently wipe cultured pearls with a slightly damp cloth. Cultured pearls are usually strung on pure silk with knots between each cultured pearl. Over time, the silk will stretch, weaken and become soiled. If you wear your cultured pearls regularly, we encourage you to have your cultured pearls cleaned and restrung annually.
